Tube of choice i am using the beautiful work of Irene Shpak. Please do not use without a lisence. You can get a lisence HERE .
Mask of Choice. I am using 2heartsand2flowersgrunge frame
Font of choice. I used Dragonfly.
PSP 9 is what i am using any should work fine.

Open a new image of 700 by 700. Open frame 10. Resize 85 percent twice. Use magice wand and select inside expand by 4. Choose paper of choice. I used paper 10. Invert and delete access off. Selection None. Place your tube inside the frame and resize your tube to liking. I did 85% twice and added a small drop shadow to it. Merge together your frame, paper and tube.

Choose another paper of choice. I choose paper 6. Open mask in psp and then layers, new mask from layer and merge together with your mask of choice. Resize mask if it needs it.

Open fressia 01 and resize 65 percent two or 3 times. And place in the upper left hand corner. I added a small drop shadow of 1.1. 50. 5.00.

Open notebook 02 and resize 65 percent 3 or 4 times and place in the lower left hand corner go to image rotate and rotate 15.00 to the right twice.

Next open the fangs and resize 65 percent 3 or 4 times. I placed behind the frame looking like they were going to take a bite out of it. Next add the blood drops and resize them 4 times as the fang's and place along side of the frame.

Open wax seal 01 and resize 4 times 65 percent and place in the lower right hand corner. Next open the books and resize them 3 times at 65 percent and add a drop shadow to both elements if you wish.

Next open sparkles 01 and place behind the frame and add a small drop shadow. Once happy with everything merge visble and resize to your liking.

Add your copy right information and your name. I gave my name a gradient glow but that is up to you it's optional.
