PSP 9 is what i am using. Any should work fine.

New image 700 by 650. Open frame 07 give it a rotate of 90 degrees to the left all layers checked. Copy and paste it onto your new image. Resize it 85 percent 3 times. Use your magic wand to select inside the frame selections modify and expand by 3. Choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete access off. Keep selected and add your tube of choice. You may have to resize your tube some. Delete access off when done resizing tube and add a drop shadow. 2. 2. 50. 5.00 and then again with a -2-2. Merge together your frame, tube and paper.

Open mask of choice in psp and another paper of choice. Layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper. 

Use the branch element and resize it 75 percent 4 times and place on the other side of the frame. 

Next select the leaf scattor 01 and resize it 75 percent twice and place it behind the frame. Duplicate it image mirror image flip arrange to liking.

Open scroll 02 and resize it 75 percent 3 times and place it at the bottom of the frame. Next choose the sunflower 06 and resize it 65 percent 5 times and place it at the end of the scroll. Duplicate it and image mirror and place on the other side. 

Now open butterfly 04 and resize it to liking. Image mirror and place at the top of the frame.

Add your name and copy right information. Merge visible and resize to liking.
