New image of 650 by 650. Open frame 8 and resize it. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete access off. Move under frame. Selections none. Take your tube and resize it. Place your tube in front of the frame. Add a drop shadow of choice.

Open mask of choice in psp and another paper of choice. Layers new mask from image and merge together with your paper.

Select drapes 3 and resize those place them on top of the picture frame. Now take clock 1 and resize it. I hung it on the curtain rod of the drapes on the left hand side.

Take glitter and resize it and place behind the frame. Arrange to liking. 

Now choose banner 3 and resize it place at the bottom of your poser tube or tube. I gave mine a gradient glow.

Add any copy right information and your name. I used a gradient glow on the name. Merge visible and resize to liking.
