Kit i am using is called Hard Candy. It is designed by Stina and is a PTU kit. You can purchase one from HERE
Tube of choice I am using one from Robert Alvarado please do not use without a lisence. You can purchase one from HERE
Mask of choice.
Font of choice.

New image 650 by 650 keep transparent. Open frame 09 resize it and paste as a new layer on your new image. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle in all 3 squares. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Keep selected move paper under frame. Take your tube of choice and paste as a new layer delete access off your tube. Selections none. Duplicate your tube on the orignal layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and on the top layer change blend mode to over lay.

Now open mask of choice in psp and another choice of paper. Layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Select candy hearts 07, 01, 04 & 09. Resize them and place them on the left hand side of the frame tilting each one at 20.00 to the left as many times as you need to.

Choose doodle heart 02 and 01. Resize them both. Place behind the frame. Place them where the heart's are leaning against each other.

Open word art of choice. I gave mine a gradient glow. And choose two hersey kiss elements of choice resize them and place by your word art.

Add your copy right information and your name. Merge visible and resize to liking.
