Open template in psp and resize 80 percent all layers checked then image canvas size 650 by 650

Delete credit's later and white back ground layer.

Now select shape 2 and choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none. Delete orignal layer.

Shape 1 copy 3 take another paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none. Delete orignal layer.

Shape 1 copy 3 do the same as above. Keep on doing that threw out the template. 

On the word art layer select it add a new raster layer and choose a color from your tube. Delete oringal layer. I added jeans from penta used default setting's. 

Take your tube of choice and place in the middle of the rectangle. Add a drop shadow of choice.
