Font Seawave Basic

Image 700 by 700 keep transparent.

Open frame 1 and resize it paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Selections modify and expand by 4 paper of choice invert and delete access off. Move under frame. Selections none.

Take your tube i used one that is kneeling and placed her right along the end of the frame. Kind of like she is coming out of the frame. Drop shadow of 2. 2. 50 5.00 and then again with a -2-2

Apply your mask and then open the element net and resize place behind the frame. Erase some of the bits that hang over. Duplicate it image flip then image mirror.
