Mask of choice.

Font i used is BeauRivageOne

New image 700 by 700 keep transparent. Open frame and resize and paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 4 and choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off move under frame. Take your tube of choice place under the frame delete access off. Duplicate it bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and then on top layer change the blend mode to Lumiance.

Open the hearts and place behind the frame. Duplicate image mirror then image flip. 

Take your mask and open it in psp and another paper of choice. Layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Now use the puppy and candle and place on the right hand side of the frame. Arrange to liking.

Last two elements pendant and bow. Place the pendant on the left hand side of the frame give a small drop shadow and add the bow.

Add your name and copy right information. Merge visible and resize to liking.
