I used Sleek n Sassy's delightful kit called Candy Shoppe. It is a PTU kit and you can purchase it from HERE

Mask of choice.

Font used Candy Randy.

New image 700 by 700 keep transparent.

Open Candy frame 3 resize and paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle. Selections modify and expand by 4. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none. Move under frame. 

I used a tube that was a close up. Take your tube place under the frame resize it duplicate it and bring that one to the top. Now earse the bits that are hanging over the tube. Give it a drop shadow of choice.

Mask open in psp and another paper layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

lollipop's one and 2 resize and place them on the frame. I gave the pink lollipop a image rotate 25.00 to the left. Arrange lollipop's to liking.

Add charm 2 place it's holding the lollipop's together.
