New image 650 by 650 keep transparent. Open frame 4 and resize paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none move under frame. Take your tube of choice place in the middle of the frame delete access off. Selections none. Duplicate your tube on the bottom adjust blur gaussian blur top layer change the blend mode to over lay.

Mask open in psp and another paper of choice layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.
