The kit i used is called Dreaming and it is a PTU kit designed by Sarah from Pimp'd My tags w/ Scrap's. You can get it HERE

Tube of choice. I am using one from Irene Shpak i am not sure if she is selling her work anymore. 

Mask of choice.

Font feel Script.

Image 700 by 700 keep transparent.

Open frame 4 resize and paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select iniside the four windows. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Move under frame. Keep selected. And now add your tube of choice. Selections none. Duplicate tube on bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and on top layer change the blend mode to over lay.

Use dreaming flower element resize and place on the left hand side of the frame. Duplicate it three more times and then arrange around the frame.

Mask another paper of choice layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Add your name and your copy right information. Merge visible and resize to liking.
