Font of choice i am using Summertime.

New image 650 by 650 keep transparent. Open frame 4 and resize paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none move under frame.

This tut is easy. You can place the different elements inside the frame.

Take your tube of choice i placed mine in the middle and gave a drop shawdow of 2.2.50. and then again with a -2-2

Add your name and your copy right information. Merge visible and resize to liking.
