Template i am using number 53 by Missy. You can download it from her blog

Font i am using is Billo Dream.

Open temp in psp resize it if you need to. Now select the circle selections select all float, defloat and choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete access off. Selections none. Delete orignal layer.

Thin rectangles 1 and 2 do the same as above deleting orignal layer's.

Continue on doing that until the template is done.

Now take your three tubes of choice or one and place in the middle of the frame. Arrange to liking.

Add your name and your copy right information. Merge visible and resize to liking.
