Open template in psp. Image resize 75 percent all layers checked. Image canvas size 700 by 700.

Select layer 10 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none delete orignal layer.

Layer 11 do the same as above deleting orignal layer once done.

Do the same for layer's 7, 3, 4, don't forget to delete the orignal layer's.

On the black frame rectangle choose a color of choice. Add a new raster layer flood fill and delete orignal layer. Do the samething with the silver line's in the rectangle.

Now take your tube of choice and place in the middle. I gave a drop shadow of 2. 2. 50. 5.00 and then again -2-2. Delete the word art.
