New image 700 by 700 flood fill white.

Open tag 4 and resize paste as a new layer image rotage 90.00 to the left.

Choose poser tube i used poser 10 resize gave a drop shadow of 2.2. 50. 5.00 and then again -2-2 . Place in the middle.

Letter 6 open it resize and place in the upper left hand corner behind the tag. Image rotate 25.00 to the left. I used the words your invited.

Open template in psp. Image resize 75 percent all layers checked. Image canvas size 700 by 700.

Select layer 10 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none delete orignal layer.

Layer 11 do the same as above deleting orignal layer once done.

Do the same for layer's 7, 3, 4, don't forget to delete the orignal layer's.

On the black frame rectangle choose a color of choice. Add a new raster layer flood fill and delete orignal layer. Do the samething with the silver line's in the rectangle.

Now take your tube of choice and place in the middle. I gave a drop shadow of 2. 2. 50. 5.00 and then again -2-2. Delete the word art.

Take your tube of choice place in front of the frame. Give drop shadow of choice. I used 2. 2. 50. 5.00 and then again -2-2

Use skull 7 and resize place it on the left hand side of your frame. Image rotate 25.00 to the left twice.

tears 2 i placed them on the left hand side of the frame resized them and erased a few of the tear drop's. I also gave it a gradient glow. I duplicated and then place some above the other tear's and then image rotate 25.00 to the left once.

Open element mc_msf5 you will have to resize it 110 percent a couple of times. Use your magic wand selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none move under frame.

Take your tube of choice and place in the middle of the frame. I did not use a drop shadow cause mine had a glow on it.

Mask open in psp and another paper of choice. Layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Open the doodle and resize it place it inside the frame.

Use the two flower's and place on the corner's of the frame. I duplicated one of them and placed it on the right hand side of the frame.

I used a tube that was a close up. Take your tube place under the frame resize it duplicate it and bring that one to the top. Now earse the bits that are hanging over the tube. Give it a drop shadow of choice.

lollipop's one and 2 resize and place them on the frame. I gave the pink lollipop a image rotate 25.00 to the left. Arrange lollipop's to liking.

Add charm 2 place it's holding the lollipop's together.

On the frame back grounds select them with your magic wand and choose paper of choice. I used the same paper on all 3. Invert and delete access off. Deleting orignal layer selections none. Do the same on the frame's.

Open mask in psp and another paper of choice layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Take the sand element and open in psp resize it and erase some of the bit's around the edges. Duplicate it then image mirror.

Now take your tube i am using one that's kneeling i placed her in the middle and gave her a drop shadow. (use one of choice.)

Open element 3 resize and paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the circle. Choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Take your tube of choice and place inside the circle delete access off. Move under frame selections none. Duplicate your frame on bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and then top change blend mode to over lay.

On the two circles select them with magic wand use the same paper as above in the circle invert and delete access off. Now use elements 16 and 17 in the two circles. Arrange to liking.

Select the bigger circle and again use the same paper of as above. And here you can use a different tube by the same artist or the same tube which is what i did. Delete access off selections none. And do the same as you did above.

Give a drop shadow to your frame.

Use string 2 and resize place it in the opening part of the frame and erase just a lil bit to make it look like it's hanging from the frame. Now add the bracelet give it image rotate 25.00 to the left and erase just a bit like you did the string. Adjust sharpen twice on the bracelet. Add bow 3 and place in the middle of it.

Open the skyline and place behind the frame. Duplicate it image mirror.

Rectangles do the same thing all except for the middle white layer choose a color from your tube add a new raster layer and flood fill the rectangle. Delete orignal layer.

Circle select it and pick another paper of choice invert and delete access off. Orignal layer deleted.

On the frame layer adjust hue and colorize.

Word art 1 and 2 select it i used paper 12 invert and delete access off. Delete orignal layers. Adjust sharpen twice.

Take your tube of choice place under the frame. Duplicate it and bring that one to the top erase the bits hanging over.

Continue on raster 1, 2, 5 and 6 the samething as above. Making sure you delete the orignal layers.

On the word art select it add a new raster layer. Choose a color of choice from your tube. Flood fill and then delete orignal layer.

Keep on going until you are done getting the template covered.

Now take your tube of choice place it behind the word art 1 i duplicated mine on the bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and then top layer change the screen mode to over lay.

Mask of choice.

Font of choice i am using one called BOOTLE

New image 650 by 650 keep transparent. Use frame 3 and resize. Paste as a new layer. Use your mgaic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice. Invert and delete access off. Selections none. Now take your tube of choice and delete access off moving it under the frame. Selections none. Duplicate your tube and on bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and top layer change blend mode to over lay.

Mask of choice open in psp along with another paper layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Now merge together your frame, paper and tube.

Open flower 3 resize place on the left hand side of the frame.

Heart string resize and place on the ribbon part of the frame in the middle of the bow. Use brad 2 resize it and place also in the middle of the bow.

Music note 4 place around your frame resize it. I duplicated mine 3 times and arrange to your liking around the frame.

Now take cd player, teddy and guiatar resizing them all and placing them in the lower right hand corner.

Glitter splash add it behind the frame. Duplicate it image flip then image mirror.

Next add word art 1 or 2 your choice and i placed mine at the top of the frame.

New image 700 by 700. Keep transparent. Open frame 3 and resize paste as a new layer. Use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 5 select paper 1 invert and delete access off. Selections none. Move under frame. Take your poser tube of choice resize 85 percent and place under the frame. Duplicate and bring to top. I erased some of the bits so it looks like she is dancing inside the frame. Give a drop shadow of choice.

Now open paper 16 and mask of choice in psp layers new mask from image and merge together your mask and paper.

Open template in psp image resize all layers checked 85 percent. Image canvas size 650 by 650. Delete the background layer.

Select the Aqua circle selections select all float, defloat and choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Selections none.

White circle do the samething as above and once done delete orignal layer.

Radiating layer select it adjust hue and colorize with a color from your tube.

White square select both of them and then choose another paper of choice delete the orignal layer.

Stars select inside the middle flood fill color of choice then colorize the glitter around both stars.

Pink glitter circle colorize it.

Take your tube of choice and place in the middle of the template. I used one with a close up. Place one underneath the glitter circle duplicate and bring the other one to the top. I erased the bits that were hanging over the circle. Give a drop shadow of choice.

Layer 4, 3 7 same as above. Remember to delete your orignal layer's.

Keep doing that until you are done with the template. On the square selections select all float, defloat choose a paper and then your tube of choice invert and delete access. Move paper under frame. Do the same on the other side. On my tube layers i duplicated them both adjust blur gaussian blur 3.00 and then on the top layer change the blend mode to over lay

Open your animation

On the candle layer duplicate it two more times naming all three candle layer's 1 2 and 3. Now use your free hand selection and draw around the frame. X out layers 2 and 3.

Use the plug in eye candy 4.000 Fire. Settings i used are..

Direction 90

column length 42.00

flame widith 6.00

side taper 8.00

movement 25.00

Once you have added that to your first layer, x out it and then open layer 2 hit the random seed, x out that one and then on layer 3 hit random seed again.

X out layers 2 and 3 again and select candle layer 1 go to edit copy merged and then paste as a new layer in animation shop. Back to psp x out layer 1 and then select layer 2 back in animation paste as a new layer and do the same with layer 3.

Now select all 3 in animation shop and frame properties change the time to 25.

New image 650 by 650 keep transparent. Open bunny frame 1 resize and paste as a new layer. use your magic wand and select inside the middle of the frame. Selections modify and expand by 4 choose a paper of choice invert and delete access off. Move under frame. Take your tube of choice i used one that had a close up paste as a new layer under frame and delete access off. Selections none. Duplicate your tube layer on the orignal layer adjust blur gassiuan 3.00 and on the top layer change the blend mode to over lay. Merge your frame, tube and paper together.

Thin rectangle 2 select it and add a new raster layer flood fill another color of choice from tube and delete orignal layer. Selections none.

Continue to do that threw the rest of the template. On the glittered rectangle adjust hue and colorize it with a color from your tube.
